We always hope you are completely satisfied with your item(s), but if not they can be returned for a store credit only.
* In order to return an item, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know of the return. This will ensure that the item is still in stock and can be resold. Store credit will not be issued if we are not contacted of the return first.
*The item must be returned within 14 business days in order for the return to be received. If not, the item will be returned to sender.
*In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, with tags, unworn, and without deodorant or perfume smells. If the above criteria is not met, the item will be returned to sender.
*Items that are unable to be returned are: all sale items and gift cards.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.
*Sadie and Sage is not responsible for lost/stolen items or any errors made by the postal service. Once the item is with the shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility as it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.

*Once we receive the original item back we will issue a store credit that can then be used to purchase the item in a different size, if available, or on another item.
*If the item you are exchanging for is no longer in stock, you will be issued a store credit.
We try our best to ensure that no damaged or defective items are shipped out to our customers, however, if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send a new item, if available. If not, we will process a refund.
